This interactive program reviews ways to handle those calorie-laden events, highlights healthy eating tips for party goers and provides holiday recipe suggestions

The Daily Fare

A three month one-on-one holistic, nutritional program promoting lifestyle change and weight management. This personalized program implements goal setting in the nutritional, physical activity, and mental/spiritual areas of the client's current lifestyle.


Mini-Fare
A six week one-on-one program where focus is solely on the nutritional aspects of the client's daily life.

Dr. Andrew Weil's 8 Weeks to Optimal Health
Based solely on Dr. Weils' book, this program adheres to the chapters of the book and includes lecture, breathing exercises and when possible, tasting of foods from
Dr. Weil's recipes.

Individual Consultation
Private hourly appointments personalized to a client's specific interests or concerns.

Bulk Up with Fiber
Learn the importance and health benefits of fiber. Leave with a healthy prescription of high fiber foods and recipes.

Meal Planning: From Grocery Store to Kitchen Table

Imaginary Trip to the Grocery Store
Discover which foods are really good for you and what to watch out for.

Enjoy a class of light cooking and sampling of tasty
garden vegetables.

What To Do With "It"!
It is healthy foods you can make in a jiffy. Come to class to learn what "It" is, and sample some of it!

Improve your memory: How to Remember What You're Starting To Forget.
This class discusses the stages of memory and factors that affect memory. It provides techniques that can enhance one's memory skills.

· Presented as one hour overview

Memory Fitness: An Exercise Approach To Remembering.
This class provides several memory techniques to improve specific cognitive challenges in every day life. It conveys a variety of techniques for diverse memory challenges.

· Presented as a 3 part, 1 1/2 hour class series
· Presented as individual 1 1/2 hour class

From Bed to Breakfast: A New Dawn Toward
Better Health

CO-presented by Maria Justice and Barb Acacia, Health Educator. Come learn ways to sleep like a baby and discover breakfast foods that promote vitality.

Meno-Positive Attitude
Co-presented by Maria Justice and Tara Palmer, Certified Fitness Trainer. During this class, acquire a meno-positive attitude about menopause, using fitness and nutrition as healthy pieces that fit this change of life puzzle.

Comfort Foods and Comfort Touch:
Enjoyment from the Inside Out!

CO-presented: Maria Justice and Dottie Wind, Licensed Massage Therapist. Learn about the reasons we eat comfort foods and ways to make them healthier, plus become better informed about the therapeutic effects of massage.
